Events Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to organise and execute events and enrichment activities 
  • Handle event enquiries, requests, or correspondences 
  • Prepare pre-event and post event logistics
  • Other ad-hoc such as quotations, billings, and reports 
  • Handle and respond to feedbacks
  • To carry out additional duties / projects as assigned 

Requirements:

  • ‘A’ Level or Local Diploma in any discipline
  • Highly motivated and ambitious individuals
  • Self-motivated and meticulous 
  • Responsible and Independent
